South Africa Women picked up a comprehensive win over Sri Lanka women in the first match of the T20I series. The team posted a strong total of 198-5 and later bowled out Sri Lanka women for a mere 119, thus winning the game by 79 runs.

Laura Wolvaardt, Marizanne Kapp and Tazmin Brits will be the top choice batters. Wolvaardt was in brutal form and scored a 63 ball 102 in first T20I. She also did reasonably well in the WPL for Gujarat Giants. Also, Marizanne Kapp started the series with a solid 60 run inning. Tazmin Brits failed to get going but she is a good batter too.
