Oman Team News & Playing 11

OMAN Team News

Oman have stunned Namibia with back to back wins in the second and third T20I. They picked up a close win in the second game but they were even better in the third T20I. Oman restricted Namibia to just 101-8 and later chased the target in the 12th over with eight wickets to spare.

OMAN Team Batting

Naseem Khushi, Aqib Ilyas and Jatinder Singh will be top batters. Khushi and Jatinder did not play first two games. Naseem made an impact in his first match and played a knock of 66. Jatinder is the team’s most experienced batter and his inclusion has bolstered the team. He is a solid batter and will be eyeing a good show with the bat in the fourth game. Aqib Ilyas played well for his 26 in the last game.

OMAN Team Bowling

Fayyaz Butt, Aqib Ilyas and Mohammad Nadeem can be backed as the team’s best bowler. Fayyaz has been consistent and picked two wickets in third T20I. He also picked two wickets in second game. Also, Nadeem and Aqib showed great skills and bagged two wickets each in the third game.

OMAN Team Form

Oman have been terrific with the ball, not allowing Namibia to score big. Their batting performance also improved in the third game after a return of few key players.

Oman Predicted Playing 11

Jatinder Singh, Naseem Khushi (wk), Aqib Ilyas (C), Khalid Kail, Ayaan Khan, Rafiullah,  Mohammad Nadeem, Fayyaz Butt, Samay Srivastava, Mehrar Khan, Kaleemullah, Sandeep Goud

Namibia Team News & Playing 11

NAM Team News

Namibia has been below par in the series. Despite being the favourites to win the series, they have failed to get going. The batters have been at fault here as none of the batter barring Gerhald Erasmus has showed any resistance against Oman bowlers.

NAM Team Batting

Gerald Erasmus, JP Kotze and Jan Frylinck will be key for Namibia. So far, Erasmus has scored one fifty for Namibia but there has been no significant contribution from other batters at all. However, Kotze and Frylinck have got starts. Namibia will hope the experienced players score big ones once they are set at the crease.

NAM Team Bowling

Ruben Trumpelmann, Ben Scholtz and David Wiese will be the main bowlers for Namibia. Trumpelmann has bowled well, taking five wickets in three games. Ben Scholtz has been good too but has not taken wickets. He, however, got a wicket in the third game. Weise has also been low on wickets but given his experience, will be one of the main bowlers of the team.

NAM Team Form

Namibia are struggling because of their batters. The runs have not come which is why Namibia have not been able to put Oman under any pressure in last two games.

Namibia Predicted Playing 11

Gerhard Erasmus (c), Malan Kruger, JP Kotze (wk), David Weise, Dylan Leicher, Jan Frylinck, Zane Green, Bernard Scholtz, Ruben Trumpelmann, T Lungameni, Simon Shikongo

🏆 Oman vs Namibia Prediction

Oman are expected to win. Oman have played better cricket than Namibia in the three games. They lost a close game in first T20I but bounced back well in second and third games. The return of a few key players has also bolstered the team. Namibia have struggled with the form of their batters so Oman look more likely to come out on top in the fourth game.
